2 Sessions/Week Program
This program consists of 2 sessions a week until you have reached your goals. A custom made workout program will be designed according to your lifestyle and fitness goals. There will be guided exercise videos so in case you are in doubt of how to perform a certain exercise, you can always look back to the videos. Nutritional guidance is included so you are aware of how much protein, carbohydrates, and fats you should be consuming on top of how to fuel your body before and after your workout. You can reach out to me at anytime; I will make sure to answer calls or text messages as soon as possible. If I don’t answer a call, please leave a text message. There will be a weekly zoom meeting on Sunday to go over how the week went and any adjustments we need to make.
